Introduction

During the Spring semester we are exploring web technologies that are changing the way people use, share, and search for information online. Exploring is the operative word here. The only way to become familiar and confident with technology is to play with it and have some fun!

The idea behind Learning 2.0 (n Things) is for you to
1) learn new technologies
2) figure out how stuff works by trying things out
3) stay up to date on new developments in (instructional) technology
4) become an independent learner who schedules time to learn new skills
5) pass along relevant technology applications and web pages to your teachers

Our n Things is largely based on the Learning 2.0 program developed by Helene Blowers for the personnel of the Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County (PLCMC) and the 43 Things phenomenon.
